Description:HDL Ma Po Tofu Sauce (Mapo)
1-3 Persons. MILD

Great with: Tofu and minced pork or beef.

Cooking Instructions (1-3 persons):
Preparation:
Ma Po Tofu Sauce
350g tofu, diced into 1.5cm cube.
50g pork or beef, minced.

Cooking Steps:
1) Pour water and add 2g salt into the pot and bring it to the boil.; immerse diced tofu in the water; boil it for 1 minute and set it aside.
2) Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil to medium heat; add minced meat and stir fry it till brown.
3) Add this product and tofu to the pot; add 300ml water and then boil under high heat for 5 minutes and then serve.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
