Description:Lobo Oriental Braised Beef Seasoning Paste

Recipe: Thai Braised Beef:
1. Slice ½kg beef sirloin into equal pieces.
2. Marinate with the contents of this packet for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a saucepan and add 4 tablespoons vegetable oil. Brown the meat.
4. Add more water enough to cover the meat. Lower the heat.
5. Cover the saucepan and simmer until meat is tender, leaving small quantity of sauce. Turn a few times and serve.
