This perfectly balanced Sweet Vinegar Sauce is ideal for cooking authentic Shanghainese style sticky spare ribs. Also great with other meat and noodles in the stir-fry, as well as a dipping sauce for finger food.

Simple
Just Add:
300g spare ribs (cut into pieces)
½ tsp salt
1 pack Sticky Sweet Vinegar Stir-fry Sauce 60g
1 Tbsp oil
Easy
1. Marinate spare ribs with salt.
2. Stir-fry spare ribs in oil until done.
3. Add Sticky Sweet Vinegar Stir-fry Sauce to cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.

Procedures:
1. Mix spare ribs with 1/2 tsp salt
2. Stir-fry spare ribs in 1 tbsp oil until done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet And Vinegar Spare Ribs and heat through
Also good for fish fillet, chicken meat, beef ribs
Allergy Advice: Contains Wheat, Oyster, Soybean.
Store in cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
