Description:Haorenjia Seasoning For Braised Chicken

Step 1: Prepare Materials
Weigh 500g of chicken and cut it into dices, blanch the dices and then prepare 10g ginger slices, and a proper amount of green pepper, red pepper and shiitake mushrooms respectively.
Step 2: Cook
Pour a bag (80g) of braised chicken seasoning into a clay pot, add 400-500g of water and stir well. Then add the prepared chicken chunks, shiitake mushrooms, ginger slices, etc, and simmer over high tea.
Step 3: Ready to serve
