Description:HDL Sichuan Poached Meat Sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Sichuan Poached Meat Sauce, 250g beef or pork, cut into 2mm slices, 300g vegetables (enoki mushroom and bean sprout).
1. Add marinade powder and 2 tbsp of cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Pour 500ml of water into pot and add the sauce packet.
3. Bring to the boil; add the marinated meat and vegetables; boil for 2 more minutes before serving.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
