Description:Wang Jia Du Spicy Stir Fry Sauce (Mala Xiang Guo Liao)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Put approximately 750g of ingredients such as lettuce, sliced lotus and shrimps (or any other ingredients according to your preference into the pot and fry until 80% cooked through, then drain the oil and set aside.
2. Add a pack of Spicy Stir-Fry sauce (100g) to wok and then stir-fry the ingredients over a low heat until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
3. Continue stir-frying the ingredients until the sauce has been absorbed into the ingredients, and a spicy stir-fry pot is ready to serve.

Tips:
1. For a flavourful dish, you may add sliced garlic into the work before adding the ingredients
2. Season to your desired taste
