Also known as Stink Beans, or Bitter Beans.

Sambal Prawns With Petai
Serves 4 Prep 5 mins Cook 10 mins
500g prawns, peeled and deveined
1 can Ayam Malaysian Sambal Sauce 250ml
1 can Ayam Petai 170g, drained
Empty Ayam Sambal Sauce into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Add prawns, reduce heat and simmer until prawns are cooked.
Add petai and cook for a few minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Serve with steamed rice.
Optional: Add one onion, sliced, and stir-fry before adding Sambal Sauce.

Drain before usage
After opening, store in plastic container in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
