Description:Whole Poku Mushrooms in Brine (Shiitake)

Poku mushrooms have a mild flavour, great for Thai and Chinese dishes. Poku mushrooms are so hearty that they can be a good substitute for meat in vegetarian dishes.

Store in a cool dry place and transfer to a non metallic air-tight container once opened. Refrigerate in water and use within 3 days. Poku mushrooms should be rinsed prior to cooking.
