Superior Food is hosting a dim sum tasting event on Sunday 9th March at Wai Yee Hong (11am and 4pm). Superior Food have created a series of conveniently frozen, pre-packed dim sum that are easy to cook at home. Now you can have your favourite dim sum at anytime! Their range includes Har Gao (prawn dumplings), Siu Mai (pork and prawn dumplings) and Char Siu buns and much, much more.

Advance Food Ltd will also be hosting a food tasting stand, where you can try out Chinese snacks
Dry Cooked Beef and Dry Cooked Pork. These snacks are very popular in the Far East, and is now being produced in England too. These tasty Chinese beef/pork jerky is made in the UK to a traditional Chinese recipe and is perfect for munching on whilst watching TV or as a quick snack whilst you are out and about.

All food tastings will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
