OCA Raises Money For China Earthquake Victims

On 17-18th May, the Overseas Chinese Association were stationed outside Wai Yee Hong to raise funds for victims of the recent China Earthquake. So far they have collected well in excess of £5,000 just from this site alone.

Total monies collected will be taken to the Chinese Embassy on the 2nd June 2008. Association members will also be collecting donations this coming weekend (24-25th May 2008), so this is another chance to give generously.

Wai Yee Hong Collection for China Earthquake

Our in-store collection for the China Earthquake victims will end on the 31st May 2008, when all funds will be handed over to the Chinese Red Cross. The total amount raised will be posted on our news pages and announced on TVB in the week commencing 2nd June 2008.
