Cooking Methods:
Put one bundle of noodles into boiling water, stir it well with chopsticks. Cook for about 4 minutes, remove the noodles from the pot, drain away the water and set aside.

Noodles for stir-frying: Stir-fry the noodles with subsidiary food, ready to serve.
