Cooking Methods:
1. Simmer the noodles in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, add seasoning and then serve with fried shredded preserved vegetable, shredded pork, bean sprouts etc.
2. Simmer the noodles in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, drain the water and fry with green vegetables and meat. Then it is ready to serve.
