Description:Japanese Buckwheat Noodles (Soba) (J-Basket Japanese Soba Noodle)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart of boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
2. To serve cold: Drain; Rinse with cold water. Drain well. Serve with soba dipping sauce; garnish with chopped green onion & tops, prepared wasabi and nori seaweed, as desired
3. To serve warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base and garnish with chopped green onion & top as desired.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight
Once opened, consume as soon as possible
