Cooking Directions (Serves 1:
1. Put the 3.5 oz (100g) of noodles to 4 cups of boiling water
2. Boil for about 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook
3. Rinse with cold water and drain
4. Serve with prepared anchovy soup garnished with boiled egg, cucumber etc
