Obento Ramen Noodles are traditional wheat-based Japanese noodles that are ideal in soups, stir-fries and salads.

Preparation: For stir-fry, just rinse in hot water to loosen and separate noodles, then drain. Four soups, add noodles at last minute to avoid overcooking.

Ingredients:Water, Wheat Flour, Thickener (E1422, E405), Wheat Gluten, Salt, Corn Oil, Acidity Regulators (E270, E260, E325, E501, E500), Stabiliser (E450ii), Colour (E101).
