Professional Chef's Recipe
Hong Kong Stir Fry
Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 x Nests of Lucky Boat Noodles
150g Chicken Breast Fillets
1/2 Green Pepper, sliced into thin batons
2 x Spring Onions, sliced into thin batons
1 x Red Onion, finely sliced
1 small carrot, sliced into thin batons
50g Beansprouts
5ml (1 tsp) Oyster sauce
5ml (1 tsp) Light soy sauce
3ml (1/2 tsp) Dark soy sauce
3 ml (1/2 tsp) Sesame Oil
15ml (1 tbsp) Cooking Oil

Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to pack instructions
2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan over a medium heat & stir fry red onions for 30 seconds.
3. Add peppers, spring onions, bean sprouts, carrots, chicken (or protein of your choice) & Lucky Boat noodles. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are just soft.
4. Add a few drops of dark soy sauce & sesame oil for fragrance.
5. Add oyster sauce & light soy sauce, mix well & continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve onto a plate or bowl while still hot & garnish with sliced spring onions.

No artificial colourings or flavourings.
Made without eggs - low salt.
