Japanese Ramen
Kyushu is the third largest island of Japan, and is located southwesterly of its four main islands. Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish. It consists of springy and smooth texture wheat noodles served in a generous rich broth. Almost every locality in Japan has its own variation of Ramen.
The specialities of our Kyushu Black Ramen are using strong aromatic Black Ma-Yu (roasted garlic and sesame oil) and together with our secret recipe to let you enjoy delicious Ramen from home.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Add noodles into 600ml of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
2. Remove from heat. Add seasoning powder and seasoning paste.
3. Stir well.
Recommended garnishing for indulgent meal: Grilled chicken/Roasted Chicken, Leek, Soft boiled eggs, Japanese Seaweed.

Seasoning Powder: Creamer (Glucose, Palm Fat, Sodium Caseinate, Stabiliser [E340], Emulsifier [E471], Anticaking Agent [E551]), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Sugar, Flavouring Powder, Spices, Yeast Extract, Hydrolysed Plant Protein (Soya, Stabiliser [E1400]), Sesame Seeds, Spring Onion, Thickener (E412).
