Description:Qin Zong Shaanxi Cold Noodles (Super Hot Spicy Mala Flavour)

Serving Suggestion:
Put the noodles in a bowl, then pout in boiling water.
Soak the noodles for 10-15 minutes until it get soft completely, then rinse with cold water for smooth and chewable texture.
Remove the noodles from water and drain well.
Add seasoning to the noodles and mix well, your delicious Shaanxi cold noodles is ready to serve (some vinegar can also be added if you like).

Seasoning Packet: Rapeseed Oil, Chilli Powder, Sesame Seeds, Vinegar (Water, Rice, Job's Tears, Wheat Flour, Corn), Sichuan Pepper, Antioxidant (E319).

Spicy Packet: Chilli Oil, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Water, Wheat Flour, Salt), Fermented Soybeans (Soybeans, Water, Salt, Fermented Glutinous Rice), Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Sichuan Pepper Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
