Made from sweet potato starch

Soft, light & springy CJ Glass Noodles made from sweet potato starch.

Direction:
1. Boil CJ glass noodles for 6-7 minutes.
2. Rice the noodles 2 or 3 tiems gently in running cold water.
3. Add spices and sauce that you like, and enjoy your dishes.

To make the noodle even tastier, you leave the noodle in cool water for 20 minutes before you boil it. And when boiling the noodle, add 1 spoon of olive oil.
