Product features:
Sinhua Jinlong (Golden Dragon) rice noodles are carefully manufactured through consistent operating procedures with the most advanced automatic machine. This product is made of rice which is not fermented or stale in the process of making noodles, and therefore generally it will not hurt the stomach.

Necessary preparation prior to making stir fried rice noodles or rice noodle soup:
1. Take 150g rice noodles (approximately for two people), rinse then with cold water to make them wet, and then place them on the plate (the purpose of placing the rice noodles on the plate is to wait for the rice noodles' fully softened).
2. Please note that this product has gone through steaming with high pressure in its process; please do not scald them with hot water directly.

Recipe:
1. To make stir fried rice noodles add 1-2 spoons of edible oil, cabbage, carrot, shrimp meat, 1 scallop, meat sauce or other condiments you like personally, soya sauce, salt, MSG, and pepper powder to fry them together, and then add water of appropriate amount and wait until it is boiled (one small bowl of water for 150g rice noodles).
2. Put the softened rice noodles into the pan, and stir with chopsticks; After the soup is absorbed to be dry, the fragrant and nice chewable fried rice noodles are ready to serve.

To make rice noodles soup:
1. Same as the above-mentioned first step to make stir fried rice noodles, but just add more water.
2. After the soup is boiled, put the rice noodles into the pan, cook continuously for one minute approximately, and turn off the fire, the delicious rice noodle soup is ready to serve.
