Description:Directions for preparation:
Frie Rice Vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they become soft and then drain. Fry the vermicelli with your choice of meat, seafood or vegetable until cooked. Add soy sauce, spices and other condimetns to taste.
Deep Fried Vermicelli: As above, but do not soak the vemicelli.
Soup Vermicelli: Soak the Vermicelli in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until they become soft and then drain. Add the vermicelli to your choice of boiled soup and cook for a further 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, spices and other condimetns to taste.
