Surely the largest Chinese restaurant in the South West, the 400-seater Water Sky opened in August 2007. Run by managing director Bobby Wong and his nephew and general manager Gary Ma, the family have spent some 30 years in catering in the UK, with Garys father presiding over the original Water Sky in Fleet, Hampshire for the last couple of decades, and their head chef previously cooked for an international corporation based in Hong Kong.
